Hello, my name is Matias Pancorvo. I build, fix, and scale products and teams. I have built companies from zero, and I have also stepped into projects that were messy, stuck, or breaking, and helped turn them around. I started my career as a cadet in a software company and worked my way up to President and COO, leading 60+ people and overseeing digital platforms used by millions. Along the way, I founded a healthtech startup, built products, hired teams, and navigated the real ups and downs of building. Most founders do not need more ideas. They need clarity on what matters right now, what to ignore, and what to commit to. I do my best work when things feel chaotic, priorities are blurry, or growth is happening faster than structure. That is where I help bring perspective, decision-making frameworks, and execution discipline. I am not a theory-driven mentor. I have been in the room when payroll was tight, when launches failed, and when teams had to be rebuilt. That experience shapes how I think and how I guide.
